Mitali Nikore, a pioneering economist with over 12+ years of experience, specializes in gender mainstreaming, development finance, and sustainable infrastructure development. She advises leading multilateral organizations such as the World Bank and GIZ, as well as several G20 bodies including Think20, Women20, and Urban20. Her areas of expertise include green infrastructure, public-private partnerships, industrial value chains, skill development, and gender mainstreaming strategies. In recognition of her significant contributions, Mitali was honoured with the India UK Achievers Honours, an award celebrating the impactful work of 75 Indian alumni from UK universities. In 2022, she was selected as one of the ‘75 Indian Women in STEAM’ by the Government of India and was named one of the ‘22For2022’ industry leaders by Forbes magazine. Mitali is not only a TEDx speaker but was also recently recognized among the LinkedIn Top Voices for Gender Equality.
