Bridging the Urban-Rural Divide through
InnovativeSolutions in Digital Infrastructure in India

Dr. Subodh Mathur, a policy expert on infrastructure development,  shared his insights on creating effective digital infrastructure as a solution to the Urban-Rural Divide in India. He proposed a range of ideas from microeconomic solutions, such as creating credit channels to allow consumers to purchase phones, to macroeconomic solutions such as the promotion of public-private partnerships to incentivise rural investment and act on the social and gendered issues plaguing rural digitisation. 

Ms. Mitali Nikore, our founder, shared her insights on building a career in Public Policy and Development Sector and the requisite skill set for policy consultant, analyst, or advisory roles in an international multilateral organization.

She was also joined by Shayer Majumdar and Tanya Malik to discuss CollegeLab's Research Writing course for Rising College students, a skill that is very sought-after in the industry.

A small research group from Nikore Associates culminated the second chapter of the book: "The Indian Women's Journey: The Last Five Decades" by Kamala Nath named "Women's Human Capital".
